Artist's Description
Happy Birthday March! Birth Month Flower is the sunny, yellow Daffodil. I spent February studying blooming flowers symbolizing creativity, inspiration, renewal, reflection, memory and forgiveness. I decided on a touch of the ink and wash style for this daffodil painting.
This painting was inspired by daffodils I discovered in the woods, a parcel of land between homes in my neighborhood. The brilliant yellow was eye-catching amongst the trees and their green leaves stood out against the forest floor covered in old brown leaves. The day was in February with overcast skies. Read the blog post: Daffodils and Coyotes to learn what these two have to do with each other.

Influenced by her love of nature and flower gardens, Elizabeth is committed to eco-conscious practices like: eco-friendly materials, minimizing waste, and employing print-on-demand to reduce excess.
